Invoicing and payment

  • Invoiced by Skalo Agency LLC, a company registered in the United States (Wyoming). Amounts in euro.
  • VAT-exempt prices — transaction not subject to Italian VAT (art. 7-ter D.P.R. 633/1972). If you are a VAT-registered business in Italy, you account for the tax yourself under the reverse-charge mechanism.
  • If you are VAT-registered in Italy: you complete the invoice with a self-invoice (TD17 document) sent to the SdI; this is the reverse-charge mechanism above.
  • Payment by SEPA bank transfer in euro, to the account stated in the contract and on the invoice.
  • Set-up is normally paid half at signing and half on completion; the fee is monthly.
  • What you pay is what is written in the proposal and the contract: prices here are the starting point.

Duration and closing

  • The minimum commitment, where there is one, is written next to each plan.
  • Subscription services then continue month by month.
  • To close, just write to info@skalo.agency 30 days ahead; we hand back access, profiles and materials.

Where we work

  • We work with businesses all over Italy, remotely. The Online Value Analysis is a free 30-minute call, online.
  • Languages: Italian and English.

Law and court

The relationship is governed by Italian law; competent court: Tivoli (Rome, Italy). If you are a consumer, the court of your place of residence remains competent. Full terms of service →
